Maybe they are. I typically won't spend over 60/70 for shoes. Infrequent and would depend on brand, ie: Timberland.

For a skate shoe, its a little on the high price side, compared to vans but damn these are awesome! I really don't by sneakers that much, typically timberlands, Merrell, 5.11 and they last forever.. Not a big shoe guy but could not resist the Atari logo and well their regular price for these are about the same absent the atari special edition stuff..

That's cool. I keep a few Vans around, kind of my go-to shoe so long as it has the comfy cush insert (or DX model). I like the white ones, but man I think they would get dirty quick. I already have to clean my vans soles regularly. Looks good!

size is true and comfortable skate sneaker.. nice fit!

Follow up to this, I wore these all day/night this past week down in San Diego.. Did a day trip, walked the gas light district, watched the Padres games, walked all day.. Perfect!
