Part three I guess is cleaning the case. Forgot how heavy these modems are.
Remove the SmartModem Board - simple after removing two screws
The board sizes are the same as well as led and speaker placements. Great job on the board layout!

Can’t just let that beauty of a dial up modem go without some kind of case.. Step one - bottom of the replacement 3D printed case for the Hayes Smart Modem complete. Top printing this week and a few ideas to replicate the LED front panel
