I know there is some ill feelings toward Carina, and hoping someone may know this answer. I wanted to see one to remember one from the past. Not knowing a currently running Carina board to checkout (edit, found 2), I thought I would try to set one up myself. I struggled with this for a few hours over a few days, late at night and tired, so that may have something to do with it.

I got three 16MB SpartaDOS ATRs setup, and this may be my issue in that I am trying to do it under emulation, but I get through most of the setup fine, then after defining the config for the 1st message base which is supposed to be for intra-system mail, it goes into a repeating cycle without completing.

This happens right after it says programming modem (it flips between a few screens and comes back here, rinse and repeat). I did try changing the modem init string to just AT, thinking that it was something with the emulator. I've only tried with Atari800MacX. I was thinking about putting them on the FN and trying that, but not sure if that will work with 3 ATRs.

So ATR1 is the boot ATR and has all DOS and all the Carina files. ATR2 I was setting up as the message bases drive. ATR3 I was setting up as the files drive.
