Phigan had recommended to User Joe on Amis XE bbs he skip looking for a 1050 drive at no cost and build one of these..
Bob_C and BF2K+ reminded us the cable needs an FTDI chip… I could not locate the original cable I built for RespeQT.. So here is a new cable using boards from Amazon , 2.00 each, basic wire 24 gauge 3D printed SIO plug, Molex headers…
Could not find standard USB so these mini USB boards had to do… for 2 bucks chuck, worked out fine…
